Hands Free Massage focuses on using the forearms and elbows to save the therapists wrists, hands, fingers and thumbs and can easily be blended into a ‘normal’ massage routine, or as a stand-alone treatment drastically cutting down the risk of RSI associated with long term use of the hands in massage.

On the day we will be learning a standalone routine which concentrates on the back of the body, whilst massaging the front – I know, it sounds crazy but it works!

The Hands Free Massage is a very free flowing massage carried out on a lowered couch where we use rhythm and our own body weight to deliver a relaxing and nurturing massage. It is the free-flowing movement that makes this massage such a beautiful massage to deliver and a delight to watch – it is almost like a dance!
